Church Craft Fair

9am - 4 pm
Come enjoy a day of crafts and fun. If you want to dispaly your crafts, there is a registration fee of $20 for church members and $25 for non-church members. There is a discount of $5 on registration if you register by September 9.

Below is a release form you will need to be part of the craft fair. Copy and paste the document into your word processor, print the form, and mail with your check.
Festival Release Form / Information
Advance set-up is available on Friday, September 29th from 1:00 to 7:00 pm.
No overnight parking/lodging permitted on church property.
There will be no security but the building will be locked.
Saturday, the day of the festival, all booth set-ups begin at 7:00 am and must be finished by 8:30 am.
All vehicles must be removed from the fellowship parking lot and relocated to a designated lot nearby.
Vendors are responsible for transporting their own items from the parking lot to their booths and vice versa. We encourage you to manage your set-up and break-down on your own, however limited help will be on site if needed.
Vendors must provide their own means of display within their allotted space. There are tables available on a first come basis. If you need electricity you will need to let us know on your application.
The festival begins at 9:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm. Set-up by 8:30 am and break-down and space cleaned up by 5:00 pm.
No promoting your product or service outside of your booth space.
Vendor Agreement & Disclaimer
First Christian Church is in no way responsible for any goods or person injured, damaged or lost or liable during the time of the festival. This includes set-up and break-down times. First Christian Church requires all vendors to clean their assigned area when the festival is over. The food vendors will be personnel from the church only.
Please no animals allowed.
First Christian Church assigns booths on a first-come, first-served basis. Request for specific areas will be considered but not guaranteed. It is up to the discretion of the committee to limit the number of similar vendors based upon space availability when registering.
First Christian Church has a limited number of round tables available. There are no discounts for purchasing multiple spaces and there are only three spaces available with electricity. Vendors must list all devices that will require electricity. Failure to do so can lead to a loss of power to your booth or to another booth. Vendors will be charged a ee of $10.00 for the use of each electrical outlet. No power strips or splitters are allowed.

We are challenging each of our church partners to invite one person to church who have never attended church; has been absent from church; or even those who have left the church altogether. It is a fact that if you personally invite someone to church they will respond to your invitation in a positive way.
